2. Products
At svccy.com, we sell unique artworks printed on aluminum plates. Each piece is custom-made and represents an exclusive work of art.

3. Orders
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Svccy reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of errors or availability issues.

4. Prices and Payments
Prices are indicated in euros (€) and do NOT include VAT, as the seller operates under the Italian flat-rate (forfettario) scheme pursuant to article 1, paragraphs 54 to 89, law 190/2014, and does not apply VAT according to article 1, paragraph 58, law 190/2014.
Accepted payment methods are those indicated at the time of purchase (e.g., PayPal, Stripe). Payment data are managed by third parties and are not stored by Svccy.

5. Production and Delivery Times
As the products are custom and unique, production requires variable time indicated at the order stage. Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to force majeure.

6. Shipping
Shipments are carried out through third-party couriers to the address provided by the customer. Svccy is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or incorrect addresses provided by the user.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Under Legislative Decree 21/2014 and subsequent amendments, customized or unique products are not subject to the right of withdrawal, except in case of obvious defects or damages. For return and refund information, please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy.

8. Warranty
Products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. Any claims must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product by emailing info@svccy.com, attaching detailed photos of the defect.

9. Intellectual Property
All content, images, and artworks on svccy.com are the property of Svccy or their respective authors and are protected by copyright laws. Any reproduction without written authorization is prohibited.

10. Liability
Svccy shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the website or purchase of products, except as required by law.

11. Privacy

12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The updated version will always be published on this page.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of Ravenna.
