Refund and Returns Policy
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your order. After this period, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange, unless otherwise required by law.
Important Exception – Customized Goods
Under EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
Our framed aluminum prints are custom-made, unique artworks. Therefore, they cannot be returned or refunded, unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@svccy.com, attaching clear photos of the damage or defect.
In such cases, you may choose between:

a replacement with the same item, or

a full refund, including shipping costs.
Approved Returns (Exceptions)
If a return is exceptionally approved, the item must:

be unused,
-
be in perfect condition,

and be returned in its original packaging.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Shipping Your Return
To complete a return, you must provide:

proof of purchase (e.g., confirmation email),

and written confirmation of return approval from us.
